CYFERRA CYBER SOLUTIONS W.L.L ("Cyferra", "we", "us") is a cybersecurity services company registered with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in the Kingdom of Bahrain (CR No. 199813-1). This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and in the course of providing our services.

2. Data we collect

Contact enquiries: name, email address, company, phone number, and the content of your message when you use our contact form or email us.
Service delivery data: information necessary to deliver contracted services, handled under the applicable engagement agreement and confidentiality terms.
Technical data: this website is a static site and does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (such as IP address and requested pages) for security and operational purposes.

Contact form submissions are transmitted through our form-processing provider solely to deliver your message to us. We share personal data only with service providers necessary to operate our business, under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law or a competent authority in Bahrain.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with technical and organisational measures consistent with our profession — including access controls, encryption in transit, and strict internal handling procedures.
