Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of this website and, at a general level, our services.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. About these terms

This website is operated by CYFERRA CYBER SOLUTIONS W.L.L ("Cyferra", "we", "us"), a company registered with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in the Kingdom of Bahrain (CR No. 199813-1). By using this website you agree to these terms. Specific engagements are governed by separate written agreements, which prevail over anything on this website.

2. Website content

Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute security, legal, or compliance advice for any specific situation, and it does not create a client relationship. Regulatory references (such as the CBB Cybersecurity Framework or the PDPL) are descriptive summaries, not legal guidance.

3. Services and authorisation

All security testing and related services are performed only under a signed agreement with documented scope, authorisation, and rules of engagement. Nothing on this website is an offer to perform testing of any system without such authorisation, and we do not accept requests to assess systems the requester is not authorised to test.

4. Intellectual property

The Cyferra name, logo, and the content of this website are the property of CYFERRA CYBER SOLUTIONS W.L.L. You may not reproduce them, other than for normal browsing and sharing of links, without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to disrupt it, probing or testing it without authorisation, or using the contact form to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content. We welcome responsible disclosure of any vulnerability in this website via the contact details in our security.txt file.

6. Liability

This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on website content. Liability in respect of contracted services is governed exclusively by the applicable engagement agreement.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
